Delivery
Please note that we are currently unable to dispatch any goods to destinations outside of the UK.
All products that are in-stock will normally be delivered to you within 3 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery as all orders are delivered by the Royal Mail.
During very busy periods such as Christmas please allow longer to
avoid disappointment.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, and we are unable to dispatch it within 10 working days, we will contact you. You can then choose to cancel the item, request an alternative item or opt for a full refund.
All items are subject to availability from our suppliers.
There are two delivery options for you to choose from:
Royal Mail 1st Class
This is a standard 2-3 working day delivery service running from Monday to Friday. Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for all orders under £50. All Royal Mail 1st Class orders over £50 (not including postage) qualify for free delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
This is a next day delivery service running from Monday to Friday. The Special Delivery charge for all orders under £25 is £9, and for all orders over £25 is £12. All Special Deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Orders for the next day Special Delivery service must be placed before midday (12pm).
