I just wanted to say how helpful the staff were in the Brighton store who demonstrated how to use a particular puzzle so that I could take it to school and play with it in the correct way. Very friendly but not pushy, fab store will def go back!

Just wanted to comment on the calibre of your shop staff in Brighton. I went to Fun Learning several times in the run up to Christmas and each time the staff were welcoming and friendly. Toys were being demonstrated in a fun but not 'sales' kind of way. When asked questions, staff were knowledgeable about the products and if the item I wanted wasn't stocked, could make excellent alternative suggestions. Counter staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Their level of happiness and helpfulness was noticeably higher than in almost all other shops I visited, and has definitely encouraged me to shop there in the future.
Please could my compliments be passed on to them.

I am writing to say Thank you to a member of staff in the Brighton store. I went into the shop on Thursday afternoon, not really knowing what I wanted other than a present for my son's 7th birthday. When I went into the shop 'Emma' greeted me and asked if she could help at all then to let her know. I explained I didn't really know what I wanted and she went through several toys explaining what they did and how to play them. Instead of walking out with 1 toy I walked out with 5! And it wasn't because she was giving the hard sell. She really knew the toys and clearly loves her job. (who wouldn't playing with toys all day!!) She was very patient and made the shopping experience very easy. When I got to the till I realised that I had left my card in another shop. She was more that happy to keep the stuff until my return. When I did I was greeted like a friend.

This isn't the first time I have been into the Brighton store and as far as I have seen the staff are ALWAYS the same. They were great with my children explaining things in a way they could understand.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU. All too often people are ready to complain when it goes wrong and then say nothing when it goes right.

I will definitely be returning.

Thanks very much for sending the fantastic marble kits to your Brent X store. I purchased two sets during my visit yesterday evening and was most impressed with not only the quality of product, but also with the very friendly staff.

No doubt we'll be visiting your store again very soon! I am a regular visitor to Brent Cross Shopping Centre but had never come across your store due to its location (outside the entrance to the car park). But I'm glad I've discovered it and you can guarantee we'll be regular customers!

I am just writing to commend the staff at your Guildford store. We visited the store on the morning of 14th February, with our 2 children, in search of a birthday present. The moment we walked in your store, the staff were friendly, greeting our children and giving them a sticker each. All three staff on duty were most helpful (the best service I have had in a long, long while). They were immediately on hand to demonstrate/let our children try any product that we showed an interest in, without being in any way pushy. Their knowledge about the products you stock was also superb.

It is so rare that one experiences such good service, that I really wanted to write and let you know. We will definitely be back the next time we need something!

Just wanted to say a quick thank you for the absolutely brilliant service I had when I came into your shop at the beginning of the week.

I was shopping for a gift for my six-year-old niece and as I do not have children this can be a very confusing time, as most shops just try to sell you their dearest product without a care as to whether or not it would be suitable.

All the items in your shop had clear age ranges on them, so I knew what would or would not be suitable. But most of all your staff were very very helpful, friendly, professional and actually took an interest in what my niece likes doing and then recommended items to suit her and
not just the most expensive.

I don't think I have had such a nice shopping experience in years.

I would just like to comment on my recent visit to your Kingston-Upon-Thames branch in the Bentalls Centre.

I teach adults with learning disabilities and was really impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of one of your female assistants re: suitable mathematical equipment. She knew the stock and its suitability and took pains to look up information and BBC websites for me which she thought would be useful.

Unfortunately I cannot recall her name but I have been served by her in the past and was impressed then - hence my return.

It is so helpful being served by assistants who "know their stock" - so please pass on my thanks to all the assistants at this branch.

I have just returned from your Brighton Store. I would like to praise the young male member of staff that served me. I explained what I was looking for, and why, and he found several things for me and also advised me to apply for the discount card available to schools.
He was so helpful and because of this, and of course the products available, I will certainly be revisiting the store.
