The Alga Aqua Water Filter Kit is a simple experiment designed to visually demonstrate water filtration. Construct your filter using the 4 different chambers, pour in your dirty water and watch what happens as each chamber performs a different filter function. The instructions are very clear and the diagrams make this project quick and simple to set up. Each plastic component is of high quality making the finished model sturdy. In the box you'll find: 4 x plastic tubes, 1 x plastic funnel, 1 x plastic cover, 1 x plastic cup, 1 x bag of pebbles, 1 x bag of marble stones, 3 x pieces of filter paper, 1 x piece of sponge and instructions in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Swiss and Finnish. The manufacturer recommends 10+ for the Alga Aqua Water Filter but we feel due to the simplicity a younger child could use this science kit.
