WOW, WOW and WOW! Just wanted to say what FANTASTIC service I’ve received from your online store…. Readers – bear in mind this is mid-December, doubtless the busiest time of year….
I placed my order online Sunday evening, parcel arrived Tuesday – unfortunately there was one item that needed replacing (nobody’s fault!). I spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady via your freephone number – received a replacement item….Thursday morning!! – together with a pre-paid packet for returning the original item.  Christmas Post delays???  Not for fun Learning!!

I know my grandchildren will be delighted with all the things I’ve purchased from you.  I’d have absolutely no hesitation in buying from you again and recommending you to family and friends.

I hope your level of Christmas enjoyment is on a par with your service quality – i.e. PERFECT!
