Just wanted to comment on the calibre of your shop staff in Brighton. I went to Fun Learning several times in the run up to Christmas and each time the staff were welcoming and friendly. Toys were being demonstrated in a fun but not ‘sales’ kind of way. When asked questions, staff were knowledgeable about the products and if the item I wanted wasn’t stocked, could make excellent alternative suggestions. Counter staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Their level of happiness and helpfulness was noticeably higher than in almost all other shops I visited, and has definitely encouraged me to shop there in the future. Please could my compliments be passed on to them.
