Just to let you know, we have often been served by the young South African man at your Brent Cross store (we were there again today). He is extremely nice, very eager to please and sweet with the kids. He really tries hard and is an asset to your store.

We love the shop anyway but it is a pleasure to be served by someone so helpful and friendly.
