Just wanted to say a quick thank you for the absolutely brilliant service I had when I came into your shop at the beginning of the week.
I was shopping for a gift for my six-year-old niece and as I do not have children this can be a very confusing time, as most shops just try to sell you their dearest product without a care as to whether or not it would be suitable.
All the items in your shop had clear age ranges on them, so I knew what would or would not be suitable. But most of all your staff were very very helpful, friendly, professional and actually took an interest in what my niece likes doing and then recommended items to suit her and not just the most expensive.
I don’t think I have had such a nice shopping experience in years.
