I am a regular at your Kingston shop and went in recently to do some Christmas shopping. Yet again I was bowled over by your excellent staff – polite, helpful, knowledgeable – and, most of all, clearly happy and enthusiastic about their jobs. You clearly have a model that many retailers could learn from.
