I would just like to comment on my recent visit to your Kingston-Upon-Thames branch in the Bentalls Centre. I teach adults with learning disabilities and was really impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of one of your female assistants re: suitable mathematical equipment. She knew the stock and its suitability and took pains to look up information and BBC websites for me which she thought would be useful.

Unfortunately I cannot recall her name but I have been served by her in the past and was impressed then – hence my return. It is so helpful being served by assistants who “know their stock” – so please pass on my thanks to all the assistants at this branch.
