Refund Policy

We have great confidence in the quality of our products, so if you are at all unhappy with anything you have purchased from us online, we will offer you a refund or exchange within 12 months of your purchase.

There are two ways to return your online order to us.

1) Return the product to any Fun Learning store for an exchange or refund. Click here to find your nearest Fun Learning store.

  • You can return any unwanted or faulty item(s) to your local Fun Learning shop. Before you return your item(s) please call 0800 8620272 with your order number ready so that we can authorise the return.
  • All items must be in their original packaging.
  • You must have your dispatch note to obtain a refund or exchange.
  • If you make an exchange for an item of lesser value than the returned item, the difference will be issued as a Credit Note.

2) Return the product to us by post within 12 months for an exchange or refund.

Unwanted Products:

  • Telephone us on 0800 8620272, giving us your name and your order number.
  • Send the unwanted items to the address we will give you, in their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is securely sealed.
  • If you have requested an exchange, we will contact you on receipt of the returned goods and send out your replacement items. Please note that you will be charged for postage.
  • To receive a refund you must enclose your original order confirmation. As soon as the returned items have been inspected the value of the returned items will be refunded to your credit or debit card within 14 days.
  • The original postage cost will only be refunded if the return request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods and the return made within 14 days of the request being received. The original postage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items if the return request is made after 14 days of receiving the goods or the goods are recieved back after 14 days of the request being authorised.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost for unwanted items.

Faulty Products:

  • Telephone us on 0800 8620272, giving us your name and your order number.
  • You will receive a letter and stamps to attach to your parcel so postage will be free.
  • Send the faulty items to the address we will give you in their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is securely sealed.
  • If you have requested an exchange, we will contact you on receipt of the returned goods and send out your replacement items.
  • To receive a refund you must enclose your original order confirmation. As soon as the returned items have been inspected the value of the returned items will be refunded to your credit or debit card within 14 days.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before it is dispatched. Please call us on 0800 8620272. We will need your name and address details, as well as your order number to process the cancellation.

Faulty Items
The procedures set out here, to cancel an order or return an item, do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.adviceguide.org.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please follow one of the procedures outlined above.
