Children can learn to play the keyboard, with colours and symbols replacing notes. It’s an easy way to introduce music, so even young children can pick out a tune! Each tune has simple chords meaning two hands are needed, as the book progresses more pairs of notes are included (but you can stick to just the top note if this is too tricky and it will still sound great). Press the keys firmly to make a sound, great for developing dexterity and precision. There are 10 tunes to learn, or you can just play freeform to make your own!
The 10 tunes included within the pages are London Bridge is Falling Down, Shepard’s Song, The Animals Went in Two by Two, Theme from Swan Lake, Hey Diddle Diddle, The Blue Danube, Morning Has Broken, I Saw Three Ships, When the Saints Go Marching In and Auld Lang Syne.
