Break open these geodes at home to reveal sparkling quartz crystals within!
Kids can discover the secret treasure hidden within these rocks. To crack open the geode, you’ll need a hammer and a hard surface, like a paving slab or concrete. Place the geode down and give it a few taps with the hammer. Be sure to break it within the pouch as this will safely contain any stray fragments. Little geologists can then inspect the glittering insides and add it to their rock collection.
As this is a natural rock formation, the diameter of the geodes can vary between 4 – 5 cm approx. Instructions included. Adult supervision required.
