Delivery Information
Place your order before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and we will dispatch it the same day. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 with a UK delivery address.
UK Shipping
Standard – £2.95
We dispatch most orders with Evri. This is a tracked service and is normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Expedited – £5.95
We dispatch most orders with Evri. This is a tracked service and is normally delivered within 1 to 2 working days, although this delivery timeframe is not guaranteed.
Next Day – from £6.50
If you need your order urgently, our Next Day Service is fully tracked and will arrive on the next working day, provided your order is placed before 2pm. The price is calculated by weight.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Please note that if you place a Next Day order on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday, excluding bank holidays. This service must be signed for and cannot be left in a safe place.
There are a small number of locations, usually in remote areas such as the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales and where Next Day delivery is not available.

You will receive a dispatch email when your order is ready for collection. Collections are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
BFPO Addresses
Shipping to BFPO addresses costs the same as UK delivery. Please use the Royal Mail allocated postcode specific to the BFPO address.
Please note that there are weight and size restrictions for BFPO deliveries, so we may need to split larger orders into two or more parcels.
International Delivery
All international delivery charges are calculated by weight and will vary depending on the destination and the size of the order.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 working days, although this varies by country. Customs checks can sometimes cause delays, so please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
Please note that all our products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. Recipients outside the European Union may be required to pay import duty. If this applies, the delivery may be delayed. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this process, so we recommend checking with your country’s customs office before ordering.
