How to Return an Item

Unwanted Items
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- If you request an exchange, additional postage charges may apply.
- Please include your original order confirmation to process a refund.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after inspection of returned items.
The Standard Delivery Charge will only be refunded if:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods, and
- The items are returned within 14 days of the return being authorised.
Expedited and Next Day delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty Items

- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.

If you request a replacement, it will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and checked.
