A. Yes, we do ship overseas. If your country isn’t available please contact us for a shipping quote. Postage charges will vary depending on the weight and destination.

Q. I sent an email a week ago, but have not received a reply yet. What should I do?
A. If you’ve tried to contact us but haven’t received a reply, your ISP or e-mail program may be blocking e-mails from funlearning.co.uk. Try consulting your e-mail program’s help pages to find out how to change or remove the settings that filter or block e-mails. Do call us on 0800 8620272 if you have any concerns.

Q. How do I create an account?
This can be done by clicking ‘sign in’ below the shopping basket at the top right of any page. It is quick and simple to do and allows you to store shipping details for future purchases. If you experience any problems whilst creating your account please contact us.

Q. I have a Teacher Discount Card but don’t have a Teacher Account, how do I get one?
A.You can apply for an online teacher discount by filling in our online form, using your official school address, and email account stating your name, the name of your school. Accounts entitle the holder to a 10% discount on all online orders.

Q. I have an old Teacher Discount Code but I haven’t got a Teacher Account on the new website, what should I do?
A. Please re-apply using the form here. Once your new Teacher Account is authorised you can continue getting discount with us. Any orders placed using this code will need to be delivered to your school address. If you experience any problems whilst creating your account please contact us.

A. We’ve changed how teacher discount works, to continue getting teacher discount online with us just re-apply here.
