I would just like to congratulate Fun Learning for their wonderful customer service, I have visited 3 of your stores now, Battersea, Bromley and today Kingston.
And felt that I had to write a comment on your website of the great experience I had, I would like to say a special thank you to the Manager and her staff at Bromley who went well beyond their duty to help me with my purchases, well done and thank you girls, keep up the excellent work. Thank you for your fantastic customer service! I rang yesterday to tell you that the ‘giant light up bouncy ball’ I’d received from you a few weeks ago didn’t light up and was absolutely delighted with your response. The person I spoke to was not only polite and friendly but very apologetic for the problem and straight away offered to send me a replacement. This arrived today and lights up beautifully – so my son’s stocking will be complete! Amid all the hectic rush of Christmas shopping you really have made my day. Thank you so very much! Happy Christmas to you all and I’ll definitely be shopping with you again (and have already recommended you to friends). Very best wishes.
