Kids can solve real life engineering problems to build their own functioning architecture!
This STEAM building set has been designed to engage and inspire primary children in science, technology, engineering and maths lessons. With 10 double-sided activity cards children can solve the engineering challenges, that increase in difficulty, building on the lessons before them! One of the activities is to build a bridge, with pictorial guided instructions. Once the bridge is built, children are asked to solve how a big boat would pass underneath, redesigning and then rebuilding their bridge however they think best! Children will also build skyscrapers, cranes, and more! Once they’ve finished the activity cards, this kit allows for fun free-form building with lots of pieces to play with. This kit makes a great solo or group activity to let kids engage with STEM concepts at a young age.
